After the network abnormality causes the device to go offline, the device will automatically restart twice. After restarting, the device will detect the surrounding network environment and reconnect to the network. If the device cannot detect the network after two restarts, please check the network server first, and then manually power off and restart the device.
The first startup requires WIFI connection settings, the feeder only supports 2.4GHz WIFI. It can not support 5GHz wifi.
1. Clean out the food and check whether the distribution impeller is installed correctly (whether the alignment mark is aligned).
2. Check whether the motor is abnormal: put your ears close to the machine to see if you can hear the rotating sound, or pour out the kibbles, take out the impeller, operate the devive, and see if the motor rotates.
In the pure battery state, the device will automatically turn off the light in 30 seconds, and will automatically sleep after 3 minutes (at this time, the APP will display that the device is offline). This function is to prolong the battery life without affecting the normal grain output.
Set the feeding plan when the blue light is always on, and then you can feed normally offline or during sleep mode, but the feeding record is not displayed on the APP. After the device wakes up, the APP will display the previous feeding record.
