Is the fountain rechargeable? How long can it work?

Yes, the fountain can be continuously powered by a data cable or placed in any position after charging (the indicator light changes from red to green). Depending on the usage mode, it can work for 30-45 days.

The water output is very low and the speed is very slow.

For the first use (or reuse after long-term storage), the water pump needs to discharge air first, so a decrease in water outlet speed is normal.

How often should I change the water?

Based on pet health, we recommend that you change the water once a week and clean the fountain.
